"My experiences with the internship program have certainly been enriching and memorable. Not only did I learn valuable technical skills, but I believe that arguably the most important skills I learned were professional skills. Carey is very diligent and thorough in ensuring that each intern receives feedback not only from her but from the other interns as well. She does this because she genuinely wants her interns to be successful in their professional futures. The emphasis she places on clear communication taught me the importance of communication in professional settings. With regards to technical takeaways, I was assigned work that I was interested in learning how to do, such as financial modeling and cost projections. This was an excellent first experience for me in these skills and I'm confident in saying that I learned the ropes."
