We are looking for a Conversational Chatbot Flow Design Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing conversational flows and be eager to learn and develop their skills in this exciting field.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of conversational flows for chatbots.
Conduct research to understand user needs and preferences.
Collaborate with the development team to enhance user engagement.
Test and review chatbot performance for improvements.
Create chatbot documentation and user guides.
Stay updated with the latest conversational design trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or related fields.
Strong interest in conversational design, natural language processing, and machine learning.
Familiarity with chatbot platforms like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM Watson Assistant.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Self-driven and can operate with minimal supervision.
Requirements for Applicants:
Enrollment in an accredited university is required
Applicants must have access to a personal computer and be proficient in using video conferencing software
